On Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at 7:00PM, the Delaware Valley Radio Association’s monthly membership meeting will feature a presentation by Glen, NK1N titled “Winlink Global Radio Email”.
Winlink is a worldwide messaging system that uses amateur radio to provide interconnection services that include email with attachments, position reporting, weather bulletins, emergency and relief communications, and message relay. The system is built and administered by volunteers and is financially supported by the Amateur Radio Safety Foundation.
Glen, NK1N will show us how it works and how to get going with WinLink.
There will be a Pizza/Social Hour prior to the meeting at 6PM. Folks are asked to bring their own (soft) beverage.There is no charge for the pizza, but we do ask folks to give what they wish to help cover the cost.
In person monthly meetings are held at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 137 W Upper Ferry Rd, Ewing Township, NJ 08628 (Driving Directions). We encourage you to attend the meetings in-person, but this meeting will also be hosted on Zoom for those who cannot. Members will receive an email with instructions on how to join the Zoom teleconference. Members of the public are invited to request conference credentials by sending a message to webmaster@w2zq.com.
Our monthly meetings are open to the public. Feel free to join for all or part of each meeting.
