KB7Q’s Moon Bounce Roadshow

Antenna Committee to Build 20m Loaner Dipoles for Club Members

The antenna committee will conduct a construction project on Saturday, October 9th at 10 AM at the W2ZQ shack.  20 meter dipoles will be built and tuned for use by members.

Hy Gold AB2VG – Silent Key

It is with the deepest regret to announce the passing of Chaim (Hy) Gold, AB2VG on Tuesday, September 14th. Hy was a longtime member of the DVRA, as well as a member of the Board of Directors for many years. Hy was an active participant in all of the DVRA activities and represented the best traits of an amateur radio operator.

DVRA KIT BUILDING ACTIVITY

The DVRA will be conducting a kit building exercise. This is geared for beginners and intermediate skill level kit building. Participants will engage in construction and soldering techniques, as well as, utilizing component identification, reading schematics, and testing.
