In person monthly meetings are held at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 137 W Upper Ferry Rd, Ewing Township, NJ 08628 (Driving Directions). For the convenience of our members, these meetings are also hosted on Zoom. Members will receive an email with instructions on how to join the Zoom teleconference. A forty-year plus Life Member of the ARRL and very active ham, Mike was first licensed in 1974 as WN6HKP, and earned his Amateur Extra in 1983. His main radio interests are radiosport, DX, and mentoring for both. He is past President of the Willamette Valley DX Club, and is Trustee for the Columbia River DX Club, which he founded to mentor local hams in HF operating. He is an ARRL Accredited VE, ARRL Registered License Instructor, author, and seminar presenter on a variety of ham radio topics. From 2019-2024 he served as Director for the ARRL Northwestern Division and served as Chair of the Board’s Programs and Services Committee from 2021-2024. Mike was subsequently elected as ARRL Second Vice President in 2024
