A 5 element, 6 meter beam was installed on the South tower on Saturday, April 23rd. This gives the club station additional capability on the Magic Band. If you get a chance, stop by the shack to get a demo and get on the air with the new beam.
The installation is timely as the 6 meter season will “heat up” in the next few weeks, as well as a lot of activity during the June VHF contest, June 11-13.
